Returns & Repairs


If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 days following the date of delivery and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept earring returns.

There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which cannot be refunded. These non-refundable charges include: sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping. To return an item, please contact us at and we will go through the straightforward returns process with you.

When emailing for a return, please clearly state the reason for returning the item, and full contact information including name, address, and daytime and evening telephone number.

WishList London does offer a repair service. Repair requests or questions should be addressed to with a detailed repair request, description of item(s) purchased, and your full contact details including name, address, e-mail and telephone number.

Repairs for faulty item(s) purchased on are free of charge, provided such faults are notified to us within 14 days following the date of delivery. You will be responsible for all delivery costs to and from our repair facility.
